2. Inspect property - Disclose both services offered ( Loans & Sales).  We'll list home improvements needed to sell fast, take pictures, install lock box, give other RE disclosures and have client complete appropriate seller's disclosures.

3. Order a professional Sign Post with Flyer Box along with our attractive Bright Metal Sign.

4. Complete RMLS Posting - Will be available to all Realtors® and the public at www.rmlsweb.com.

5. Produce a well-designed Full Color House Flyer along with our tiered pricing program that attracts buyers to work directly with us to save you money.  We'll make sure to provide enough to keep the flyer box full until sold!

6. Mail Radius Mailer of a Full Color Postcard to Neighborhood - Utilizes the pick your neighbor campaign that promotes neighbors to help you sell your home.

7. Make up Property Profile Book for Clients - detailed data of all things about your house and location.

8. Help you understand Short-Sales and Loan Modification and their roles in this market.  We are Experts and Licsensed to do Both at the same time. 

9. Put listing with photos on Craig's List (and more) - We will update websites weekly, paying close attention to overall quality and detail.  Other sites include: Google Base, Edgeio, Oodle, Backpage, Vast, Trulia, Propsmart, Hotpads and Zillow.

10. If client requests, we'll help them do their own Open House. Open house signs, date and times will be posted on www.rmlsweb.com and added to radius mailings.  Also, a register log will be kept as well as follow-up calls/e-mails made to all of those that tour the home.

11. Handle all of the Legal Paperwork, while looking out for your best interest.
